The check-in process was exceedingly slow, causing delays and frustration upon arrival.

Comfortable and stunning location in Yona so close to touristic center of Guam and restaurant. Helpful staff in the whole hotel. Overall quiet atmosphere. Good facilities, with beautifully maintained and luxury rooms.

The spacious room had beautiful decor. We enjoyed the peaceful lake view from our balcony, perfect for relaxation after a long day. The swimming pool was a hidden gem.

The sprawling grounds feature a great golf course, providing excellent views from the rooms. The pool area stays serene, awesome for peaceful relaxation after a busy day.

Parking feels limited despite low occupancy, and various amenities such as bowling and karaoke were closed . The remote location made traveling to nearby attractions a trek, especially at night, with poor visibility on the roads. Signage could be improved for newcomers trying to find key facilities like the front desk, leading to some unnecessary wandering.

The Leopalace Resort Guam was very good! The staff was notably attentive and friendly. The golf course view from our room was amazing.

Recommend it for families looking for peace and quiet

This place has a quiet and nearly empty atmosphere, we was like we had the whole resort to ourselves, which gave us a chance to relax fully. And a washer/dryer in our room was a game changer! We could keep the kids clean without the hassle.

Wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what it offered.

The Premier Double room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the peaceful pool area where we were the only guests on a Friday morning, a hidden gem for relaxation!

The hotel shows signs of aging in some areas.

Our family enjoyed a spacious room with lovely decor, and the takeout dinner served by Gabriel after our late arrival was a nice touch! We loved lounging by the serene pool and soaking in the sun on the terrace. The only downside was the dated look of certain areas, but it didn’t take away from our fun experience overall! 😊

The Premier Double room had a spacious layout with beautiful decor, which we loved. The pool area felt peaceful. Many amenities seemed outdated, and the bowling alley wasn't operational on our visit. Golfing at the course was a great experience, but parking can be tricky during busy times.

The spacious Executive Suite offered amazing views, and the attentive staff enhanced our experience with great service. The location, however, is quite isolated was great. Dining options felt limited, especially for longer stays, and the absence of a microwave in the room was slightly inconvenient. The beautifully maintained golf course was a highlight.
